Dr. Naji Alslaibi is a scholar-practitioner in accounting and finance with research interests in corporate governance, environmental, social and governance (ESG) performance, organizational culture, audit quality, and financial performance. He holds a PhD in Accounting and Finance and has published in international peer-reviewed journals across accounting, sustainability, and banking. His work emphasizes methodological rigor, ethical governance, and the translation of academic research into policy- and practice-relevant insights.
